Eating Deliciously on a Restricted Diet

Ever hear of the saying, “Garbage in, garbage out?”
Well, it’s hard to feel good if you’re not eating good. Let’s face it , you’re diet will make or break you! That’s how important it is.
Whether you are preventing or treating disease, a good nutrient dense diet is of utmost importance. You can take the best supplements,
exercise, drink good filtered water, but if you don’t make some necessary changes to your diet, you will never really thrive.

You Really Are What You Eat

Everything you put in your mouth is either disease promoting or health promoting.
Like Hippocrates (A Greek founder and the Father of medicine who was regarded as the greatest physician of his time) once said,
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Good stuff huh???!
These recipes are not only Oh! so delicious, and very healthy, they can also be incorporated into a pretty restricted diet too. For each recipe I will let you know what they are free of. I myself am on a restricted diet (grain, gluten, sugar and dairy free) and I needed some delicious go to recipes (Especially desserts  😉  ) that would be safe for ALL my diet restrictions but yet uber delicious at the same time. (Clap for approval 😉  )
So yet, is’s very possible!
It’s amazing what you can find and come up with when you need a sweet tooth fix and you’re desperate.
You still want it to taste good and wow everyone else too.
So you will find many an amazing recipe on this blog, be it tantalizing desserts, hot delicious steamy soups, yummy casseroles, stir frys or delicious salads and snacks. You’ll have a lot to pick from, so get ready to salivate!! 🙂

You Can! It is possible!   You still gotta live a little, but without it killin ya!
