Lana’s Fully Loaded No Potato Salad

This No Potato Salad is down right tasty!!!

Even though there are no potatoes in it, it tastes  better to me than normal potato salad.
So, if you are nightshade sensitive or just plain watching the carbs, this recipe is for you!!
It is chock full of healthy vegetables and packed with flavor!!
Next time you  bring a dish for that potluck, surprise them with this!
I guarantee it will have their taste buds in a happy state  🙂

No Potato Salad Ingredients:

1- head lightly steamed cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
1- cup your favorite mayonnaise (learn how to make your own here.It’s super easy and so delicious!!)
6-8- ounces cooked and diced  beef or turkey bacon (preferably nitrate free and organic)
1- cup shredded cheese (if not dairy sensitive)
1/2 cup diced organic celery
1/2 cup diced red radish
2-3 -diced pickles . I  like these ones here. They are probiotic rich too 🙂
1/2 diced bell pepper
1/2- diced small red onion or you can use 1-2 teaspoons  organic onion powder
4- hard boiled eggs diced
1/2-1 teaspoon organic garlic granules
Optional: 1 Tablespoon nutritional flakes (Candida friendly)
salt and pepper to taste


Add all ingredients except hard boiled eggs to a large mixing bowl.
Mix well. Lastly mix in hard boiled eggs.
Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two or eat right away.
Dig in and enjoy!! 🙂
