Fall Pumpkin Bite Cookies (Grain,Egg, and Dairy-free)

These cookies are perfect for those chilly days when you are
craving a Fall treat with cinnamon , pumpkin and nutmeg 🙂

I love that they are egg free,dairy free and grain free
yet they taste soooo delicious !!!

Plus they will make your house smell super wonderful too 🙂
I like the ease of this recipe and that they are ready in no time at all!
Hey, now that’s my kind of recipe.
Note: With just a few minor adjustments these can be easily made into a keto friendly cookie too ! (see recipe)


1- cup organic creamy almond butter like this one here.
3/4- cup organic can pumpkin
4 -Tablespoons (1/4 cup) raw honey or 1 teaspoon Pure Monk Fruit sweetener if doing keto.
2- dropperfuls Sweetleaf Steviaclear
1 -teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
1/4- teaspoon  organic ground clove
1/4- teaspoon organic ground nutmeg
1/4- teaspoon organic ginger powder
1-teaspoon organic vanilla extract
a few dashes sea salt
Optional : 1/4 cup organic raisins


In a medium size mixing bowl cream together the almond butter and pumpkin
before adding in the remainder ingredients. Mix well and drop by level
tablespoonfuls  onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten slightly before putting into a preheated oven at 350 degrees
for about 12-15 minutes or until just slightly golden brown around the edges.
Take out ,put on cooling rack to cool completely before eating.
Even better when chilled a bit in the refrigerator.

Top each cooled cookie with our non-dairy vanilla toffee frosting (recipe here.)
Sprinkle  each with a dash cinnamon to finish it off so it looks pretty 🙂
If not dairy sensitive make a nice cream cheese frosting like this one:
1- 8 ounce softened cream cheese
3- Tablespoons  butter
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
4-5-dropperfuls Sweetleaf Steviaclear

Melt together cream cheese and butter over medium heat till well blended.
Put aside and add in vanilla and stevia.
Mix well and once cooled a bit put a small dollop on top of each  cookie.
Sprinkle each with a dash of cinnamon or a pecan on top of the frosting.
