Most Delicious Paleo Brownie Recipe
When I’m having a chocolate craving these always hit the spot and it’s awesome knowing they are good for me too!!
They are so easy to prepare and not only simply delish but they are so good for you that you could even make them for a breakfast some morning and really surprise everybody 🙂 I always joke around with my girls and tell them I am such a bad mom for serving my kids brownies for breakfast :). So eat up guilt free 😉
Ingredients:
1-cup almond butter
1/2 cup raw honey plus 4 dropperfuls liquid stevia
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter with numerous health benefits)
1- tsp. organic vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Mix together in a large bowl the almond butter, honey and stevia, eggs, melted butter (or whichever oil you choose) and your vanilla.
Next, Pour your batter into a lightly greased 8×8″ glass pan . Bake for about 18-20 minutes or so (don’t over bake). You want the brownie somewhat soft in the middle. It will harden up more as it is cooling.
This serves 5-6.
