This cancer fighting smoothie
will pack a powerful punch in the fight against cancer!
How?
First, avocados have been shown
to inhibit the growth of some cancers.
They are rich is powerful antioxidants
like carotenoids, lutein, vitamin e, and glutathione.
Second, raspberries, strawberries,
and blueberries are high in ellagic acid
which helps cause death to cancer cells,
“apoptosis” aka programmed cell death.
This is when cancer cells die. See the study here.
Third, whole frozen organic lemons have
tremendous cancer fighting properties.
The seeds, the skin, everything should be used in the lemon.
Lemon peels contain limonoids that have been found
to slow down cancer growth
and induce “apoptosis”.
Fourth, the greens are very rich in chlorophyll, a great blood cleanser.
The alkalization that takes place from the greens is indispensable
when it comes to fighting or preventing cancer.
Cancer can’t survive in an alkaline environment.
Fifth, kiwis have been called little hand grenades of antioxidants that fight cancer,
like: vitamin c, vitamin e, and lutein.
Sixth, ginger contains what is called 6-shogaol, a powerful cancer fighter.
It is superior to conventional chemotherapy
when it comes to getting to the root cause of breast cancer, the breast cancer stem cells! Use with caution if you have any liver or gallbladder issues and seek physicians advice before using in diet.
See the study here.
So, you can see clearly how this smoothie can help in the fight against cancer.
If you don’t have cancer, it will help you to keep a strong immune system.
If your immune system is doing it’s job, you won’t get cancer. What I also love about this smoothie is it helps to create a sense of wellbeing not only physically but also mentally. This is a “good mood” food because of the healthy fats and potent anti-inflammatories. The citrus oils are added not only for their powerful antioxidant value but they also have mood lifting properties.
This is the best tasting smoothie I have EVER had. It is fully loaded and can be used as a meal replacement.
When I drink one of these smoothies, I can go for hours and not feel hungry.
It is packed full of healing superfoods . Every day I make this smoothie for my husband and I also add a good collagen protein powder so he can get through his hard working day. The added collagen protein is also very gut healing, and gut health is the GAME CHANGER! Remember the gut is largely a part of your immune system and where serotonin is made.
Let’s get in the kitchen and make us a yummy smoothie!

Martha Stewart and Dr. William Li mix up a smoothie of soy milk, bananas, papaya, orange juice and honey for a delicious tasting smoothie that fights cancer.
all sounds good except the soy milk. Soy ,unless fermented is extremely antagonistic toward the thyroid 🙁
