Looking for an excellent alternative to toxic pain relievers???
Look no further!
This simple do it yourself pain balm recipe
will definitely help to take the edge off of all your pain and discomfort issues.
It’s made with all natural, safe, but highly effective essential oils in a base of coconut oil.
I’ve used it for sprained ankles, herniated disks, sciatica, and in all cases it worked very well.
If you want to pack an extra punch to resolving your pain issues or greatly reducing them,
then I offer two extra suggestions that will go a long way at helping with just that.
1. Try eliminating sugar,
high fructose corn syrup and all gluten from your diet
(at least temporarily).
These foods are extremely inflammatory and will aggravate any pain and inflammation issues going on in the body.
Inflammation equals pain.
So to help put out the fire try to avoid sugar and gluten.
2. Take some good , potent natural anti- inflammatories
like : Boswellia, Curcumin , and astaxanthin.
These are the particular ones I personally use and always have on hand in my house. If you have no allergies to aspirin then white willow bark is also an excellent natural pain reliever and anti -inflammatory. It contains salicin (the active ingredient) which converts to salicylic acid in the body. It acts like aspirin only without the harmful effects chemical aspirin can potentially cause for people. Here’s to living more pain free. Enjoy life a little more 🙂
All Natural Potent Pain Balm

15 drops Frankincense essential oil
10 drops Wintergreen essential oil
10 drops Copaiba essential oil
10 drops Peppermint essential oil
1/2 – 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Coconut oil
Instructions:
Do not heat the coconut oil. Just put it solid into the jar ,then the drops of oils and stir in. It will get easier to stir and softer as you keep mixing it.
