Most Delicious Paleo Brownie Recipe

When I’m having a chocolate craving these always hit the spot and it’s awesome knowing they are good for me too!!
They are so easy to prepare and ¬†not only simply delish but they are so good for you that you could even make them for a breakfast some morning and really surprise everybody ūüôā I always joke around with my girls and tell them I am such a bad mom for serving my kids brownies for breakfast :). ¬†So eat up guilt free ūüėČ


1-cup almond butter
1/2 cup raw  honey plus 4 dropperfuls liquid stevia
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter with numerous health benefits)
1- tsp. organic vanilla extract
1/2 cup  organic cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda


Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Mix together in a large bowl the almond butter, honey and stevia, eggs, melted butter (or whichever oil you choose) and your vanilla.
Next, Pour your batter into a¬†lightly greased 8×8″¬†glass pan¬†. Bake for about¬†18-20¬†minutes or so (don’t over bake). You want the brownie somewhat soft in the middle. It will harden up more as it is cooling.

This  serves 5-6.
